Middle/Middle Strong Full-stack Developer
Description
We are looking for a Middle/Strong Middle Full-Stack Developer to join our client, a digital agency delivering integrated digital solutions for international clients across technology, UX, marketing, and content.
This is not a single-product role. You will contribute to several client projects, building and improving modern web solutions while working closely with Product Owners, designers, SEO specialists, and other developers. The role is frontend-heavy but also requires confidence with APIs, integrations, data flows, and smaller backend-related tasks.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong commercial experience with React and Next.js
- Solid frontend development skills and knowledge of modern web technologies
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and third-party systems
- Experience with or strong interest in working with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful, Storyblok, Sanity, Prepr, Strapi, or similar
- Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to different technologies and business domains
- Hands-on exposure to backend or database-related tasks, with a good understanding of databases, connectors, data flows, and system integrations
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and proposing practical technical solutions
- Confidence in taking ownership and making technical decisions within your area of responsibility
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Commercial headless CMS experience is highly preferred. However, candidates with a strong React/Next.js and API/integration background who have not yet worked commercially with a headless CMS may also be considered.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Drupal
- Experience with Python for backend or automation-related tasks
- Previous experience in a digital agency, web agency, or other multi-client environment
- Experience supporting SEO, marketing, or customer journey optimization initiatives
- Practical experience using AI tools in software development and solution validation
- Experience with performance, conversion optimization, and technical SEO
Your responsibilities:
- Building websites and web platforms for international clients
- Moving efficiently between different client projects, priorities, and technologies
- Developing and improving existing digital solutions
- Working with and implementing headless CMS solutions
- Integrating APIs and third-party services
- Building connectors and data flows between systems
- Developing frontend functionality with React and Next.js
- Contributing to backend and database-related tasks when required
- Supporting technical initiatives related to user experience, SEO, conversion, and online performance
