Description

We are looking for a Senior Java developer to work directly with a Dutch customer in our Lisbon office.

About the client:

Our customer works in a company which combines IT technologies with carpenter services. It’s a customized solution for the end user, which allows him to become an interior designer of his own home. You will join a team of skilled Java developers, who will onboard you and share all their knowledge of the field-related programming.

Requirements:

Excellent command in Java core 8;
Experience with further versions of Java and Spring framework;
Solid knowledge of design patterns;
English level – Advanced(C1).

Nice to have:

Experience in a manufacturing domain programming will be a plus;
Experience with 3D modeliing would be a plus;
Experience with MariaDB;
Have a good knowledge with Azure and Docker;
Experience with unit & integration tests.

Main tasks:

Work on new physical products – create the software model, webservices for it, define logic behind it etc., discuss all details with product manager;
Production flow, model that environment, working processes, make applications with frontend team;
Implement software in new factory. Understand and maybe even visit factory. Technical connected to the physical.
