SharpMinds is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (React) with PHP knowledge to join our development team, working on exciting projects with a focus on digital agency work in Chernivtsi or remotely.

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, your main responsibility will be to develop and enhance both the front-end and back-end of the company’s digital products.
You’ll work in a collaborative environment with a talented team to create intuitive, pixel-perfect interfaces and robust backend systems, ensuring seamless user experiences across all projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in web development, specifically with React for front-end and PHP (ideally with Laravel) for back-end development;
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including experience with frameworks like React, Bootstrap, and JQuery.;
- A good understanding of web development best practices, including UI/UX design principles and delivering pixel-perfect web applications;
- Experience with building responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications;
- Experience with WordPress, event management platforms, or e-commerce systems will be a plus;

- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice to have:
- Full-stack development: build and maintain scalable, high-quality solutions, focusing on the front-end using React and the back-end using PHP (Laravel is a plus);
- Focus on UI/UX: implement pixel-perfect designs and interactive elements that improve the overall user experience, including animations and functional features;
- Drive continuous improvement: regularly review and improve code quality, collaborate on code reviews, and contribute ideas to enhance development workflows;
- Collaborate with the team: work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to create and refine new features for various web platforms, providing creative solutions to technical challenges.
