Senior Full-Stack Developer (Python / React)

SharpMinds is looking for a talented, ambitious Senior Full-Stack Developer to join us! With your expertise and experience, you will play a key role in developing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions for our customer. The anticipated project duration is 6 months and could be extended to a year and on.
About the client:
Our client is building a platform for cybersecurity checks. The fundamentals are already implemented, and the main focus now is to develop the platform further, launch it, and ensure it is scalable.
You will join a small but skilled team of two developers who are eager to support and upskill a fast-learning and motivated team member in cybersecurity. If you have experience in best coding practices and can guide the team in this area, that’s a huge plus!
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python;
- Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL), including schema design, optimization, and query tuning;
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like Svelte or React;
- Experience with API design (preferably FastAPI and GraphQL) and secure authentication methods (e.g., OAuth2, JWT);
- Familiarity with data validation libraries like Pydantic;
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS);
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps;
- Knowledge of Azure Key Vault for secure secrets management;
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure services; - Knowledge of secure coding practices like the OWASP API Security Top 10;
- Understanding of microservices architecture and ability to provide guidance.
