We are looking for a Trainee (internship) PHP/QA Automation Developer to join our software development team in Chernivtsi.
A motivated QA/Laravel Intern to join our innovative team working on an AI-Powered Customer Support System. This platform aims to revolutionize customer support by integrating AI technologies, providing intelligent, real-time responses through a chat interface. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and gain hands-on experience in both quality assurance and Laravel-based web development. We’re seeking a self-driven individual who is eager to learn and contribute to the success of this exciting project.
There is a test assignment that is an integral part of the main project. It provides an opportunity to evaluate how a candidate demonstrates their skills by analyzing their approach and results through the lens of the tests performed.
About the client:
The AI-powered customer support system integrates various AI tools (such as OpenAI, Ollama, etc.) to deliver intelligent, context-aware responses to user inquiries. The system is designed to provide accurate and relevant information from multiple sources, including client documentation, websites, and internal knowledge bases. The project will also focus on scalability, performance, and customization of support flows, ensuring the system can handle high volumes of user queries effectively.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with PHP 8.3; development experience;
- Experience with Laravel 11;
- Basic knowledge of Laravel Dusk 8.2 (for testing);
- MySQL knowledge;
- Understanding of Git for version control;
- Basic usage of Linux;
- Basic front-end skills in HTML/CSS/JS.
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Responsibilities:
- Write and maintain automated test scenarios for the Laravel-based application;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software delivery;
- Assist in debugging and enhancing test cases to improve reliability and coverage;
- Participate in the testing of AI-driven chat functionalities to ensure accurate and seamless user interactions;
- Contribute to the improvement of the overall quality and performance of the system.
