Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX or Web Designer to join our team on an hourly/part-time basis for the next 4–5 months to work on improving and updating our website.

About the client:

HelloFlex People is a leading business partner for staffing agencies in the Netherlands, specializing in comprehensive back-office services. In 2026, the company’s rights to the brand name will expire. Due to this, a redesign and work on conversion optimization are required. The project involves hourly engagement with a clear start and end, totaling approximately 140 hours over about 4 months.

Requirements:

4+ years in UX/UI design for Web, Mobile, and SaaS products;
Proficiency in Figma and other major design tool;
Experience with B2B websites or corporate landing pages;
Understanding of conversion optimization techniques;
Skills in improving usability, site structure, and effective CTAs;
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver user-friendly, engaging designs;
Experience with mobile (iOS/Android), PWAs, CRMs, and dashboards;
Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and A/B testing for conversion rate optimization (CRO);
Data-driven approach using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar) to improve CAC, LTV, and user retention;
Expertise in design systems, UI kits, responsive layouts, and UX/UI enhancements that drive measurable business growth;
Strong communication, problem-solving skills.
